Absolutely amazing people. I will never take my car anywhere else. Mechanic explained and showed me the problem and had it fixed in little time. He saved me from a huge disaster, my grandson and I are very grateful.

I can only give it 4 stars because I never actually get work on my vehicle done here > just come here to get a smog test. All my vehicles are 16 or more years old and I always pass the smog test. This year I guess is the last one thank goodness.

I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences going to different mechanics over the years, and it’s sometimes hard to find someone you can trust, but United Muffler was just that for me. My heater stopped working so it’s been a headache trying to find a fairly priced repair, and United Muffler quoted me at half the price of the shop that initially diagnosed my car. The lady who helped me every time I went into the shop was so kind, and I can not thank her enough. She was incredibly transparent throughout every interaction and gave me an estimate very quickly. I was given complimentary shuttle service after dropping my car off, and they even looked up parts and gave me an estimate for another repair that I mentioned I couldn’t afford at this time, which was helpful because I didn’t even know they did body repairs. I will definitely be coming back here, and I cannot recommend them enough!

5 stars + 5 more. Driving here for muffler app't at 1:00 pm, my alternator came apart on my van. Drove 4 miles to get to shop with no power steering or working cooling system. Went inside shop where I was met by a nice lady named Victoria at the desk. Explained what happened, then Ed the owner jumped in, He got my info on the warranty for the alternator, checked entire engine area for any damage or more problems. They installed new alternator, belt, fluids and new muffler and 2 1/2 hours was good to go. These guys are GREAT, very good work ethics, honest and caring about my situation. Shop is clean, bathroom was cleaner than ones at the Marriott, Very professional group of people. Thanks again Sam for the Pepsi.

Honesty

They were quick to get the job done, however over priced on parts and labor. Always looking to "supposedly" find something else wrong to fix at expensive quotes.

Great shop.. fixed everything great and suggested real issues that need fixed.. not fluff repairs that aren't needed

These guys made my car sound AMAZING, the exhaust expert seems likes a genuine guy who cares about his work. These guys are very professional and I HIGHLY recommend them for any car service you might need.

I used to take my car to Phil's Auto Repair. Phil was a good guy, but he was short staffed and took weeks to get to my car. After Phil's Auto Repair closed down, I took my car to these folks when my power steering rake busted. They charged me $1430 for it to be done. Got it done fast too. I've driven my car for a few weeks with no problems. I would recommend this place with their no hassle service.

Scotty hooked me up by installing my 3” exhaust system on my 1985 Thunderbird Turbo Coupe. He did a great job and I’m happy with the quality of work!

These guys are amazing I have an emergency to get done on my car with my fuel filter and they got it done and within a very reasonable price as well.

It was a long line for the final emission test but that guy was getting us through it real quick. Friendly, fast and efficient. What more could you ask for?

Thoroughly impressed! This was the 3rd mechanic stop for a stubborn check engine light, and true to Sam's confident promise, they were the last. They shuffled things around to get me in for a same day diagnosis, which took them a whole 10 minutes. The issue was too complicated for a quick fix, so I had to bring it back. However, they worked out a way to let me pre-pay for the repair so I didn't have to worry about being there to drop off or pick up. Work was completed for under the estimate. It passed emissions with flying colors. Though that is probably more than anyone could ask for, they also explained everything that was wrong, and used terms non-mechanically inclined females can understand. That takes time and some patience, and is greatly appreciated. I will definitely use them again; though I hope it isn't for a while.

Stopped for Emissions test was in and out in about 5mins. The guys doing the test was courteous too.

Always take good care of my jalopies. Price at times shakes me up. But it's the work they are capable of doing. I always recommend united muffler.

I have been a customer for over 25 years. One of the owners Ed McFarland has always gone the extra mile to help with my vehicles. I recently had a noise in the front end of my f150. As they repaired the issue!! I in my mind still hear and felt the vibration. To my surprise Ed removed the tires and installed a different set of tires and the noise and vibration disappeared. Went here for my emissions and it was a fast and easy process the guy there is also very kind! 🙂

Had them fix what american muffler messed up on my muffler delete and also did a resonator delete y pipe. Scott really knows what he's doing and does it very well.

This team at United Muffler was great to work with. They were very competitive on price and the quality was phenomenal. I couldn't be happier. They kept me updated on what was found in the repair process. I took my Ford to the dealership for an overall inspection after buying the car from a private seller and the dealership told me one thing was wrong and it would have cost me 1100.00. I then looked at 3 other repair shops, they all gave me quotes. United Muffler was second from the lowest and their reviews online were great. After i decided to use United Muffler and had it in the shop they found one more thing after digging into it, which I did my research on what they recommended and it was accurate information. After all said and done I paid 880.00 great service and better quality. Highly recommended. Thanks again.

Good place for mufflers

They replaced my resonator quick and at a VERY fair price. Definitely would reccomend to anyone. Very satisfied!

Love them! They took good care of my cars. I own a 1988 Buick hearse. Went to another place once and dont want to go there again. Anyways, they took my car and fixed it! Runs great! I can trust them with there work. Great people! Earned my trust and business!

Great place to have repairs made. You will be satificated

Very honest and I NEVER trust repair shops. A woman owns this place, don't remember her name but she's very nice. Prices are fair and work is always done perfectly in my experience.

Every time we've gone to them with a vehicle they have been very honest and fair. No sneaky extras. We have never been disappointed with the work they've done. We have been taking our vehicle problems to United Muffler for years and never had an experience like "A Google User" claims to have had. I am suspicious of the bad review by "A Google User". They seem to be hiding behind an anonymous name. Makes me wonder if they are a competitor trying to hurt the reputation of a good company.
